Exploring Embodied Self-Awareness, Strategies for Self-Care, Boundaries, and Work-Life Balance for Teachers.

​This training is designed for school employees, teachers and teams.

Program Objectives

  • Enhance Self-Awareness. Help teachers understand and practice embodied self-awareness to improve their own health and well-being and increase their capacity to listen to their needs.

  • Promote Self-Care. Provide strategies for self-care to prevent illness such as burnout and depression.

  • Establish Boundaries.Teach effective boundary-setting to balance professional and personal life.

  • Integrate Work-Life Balance. Offer practical tools to harmonize responsibilities in educational contexts.

Training Modules

The training program is divided into three comprehensive modules that cover key aspects of embodied self-awareness, self-care, and work-life balance:

Module 1: Understanding Embodied Self-Awareness

  1. Defining Concepts and Their Significance

  2. The difference between conceptual and embodied self-awareness and their influence on health and well-being.

  3. Understanding resilience and agency.

  4. Understanding the Workings of the Nervous System

  5. How to regulate the nervous system and ride the waves of stress in daily life.

  6. Recognizing Individual Needs and Resources

  7. Identifying personal needs and the unique contexts of each teacher.

  8. Exploring available resources and identifying additional resources needed.
