Meet Tessy

I am a body-oriented, trauma-informed Consultant and Coach, offering 1-1 sessions in which I accompany people in their search for sense-making and connection in a life-forwarding process.

My Specializations

The core of my work is body-oriented coaching and consulting, which I can apply in different contexts and situations. I hold space for people coming to coaching and/or consulting from different backgrounds and some of those I specialise in are listed here:

I have had a few online sessions now with Tessy and even though I thought I would find it difficult to do this kind of ´work´online, somehow it´s almost like Tessy is sitting next to me in the room. As soon as I close my eyes and she guides me into my body, I enter a different dimension. Her calm voice and energy have a soothing effect and her questions give new perspectives on on old, familiar subjects.
