Unlock the Wisdom Within Your Body! Join us for a transformative somatic workshop designed to guide you in crafting and embodying your goals for the year ahead. Engage in mindful practices, felt sensing, and embodied intentions to discover where you truly want to go in 2024 and how to get there. This online workshop will be hosted by Tessy and will take you through a guided constellation to envision and feel into what´s on the table for you for this upcoming year. It will happen on Friday 12th January at 3 pm. GMT / 4 pm CET. Places are limited and you can sign up via email. You will receive the link for the workshop the day before . The cost of the workshop is 25€.
